The mobile car body crushing and sorting line is a modular integrated vehicle-mounted production line comprising a chassis, feeding system, coarse crushing, fine crushing, multi-stage sorting, and enclosed dust removal. It requires no civil engineering support and can directly reach end-of-life vehicle dismantling plants and storage yards for on-site processing of degreased and pre-treated scrap car bodies and shells. It provides a one-stop, fully automated crushing and sorting process for iron/aluminum/copper/rubber/plastic materials, making it a dedicated mobile complete set of equipment for the resource recovery of scrapped vehicles.

The steel grabber feeds the degreased and dismantled scrap car bodies into the feed hopper. First, a twin-shaft coarse crusher performs low-speed shearing and tearing, breaking them into large pieces. These pieces are then conveyed by belt to the fine crusher unit for impact and kneading, achieving the separation of steel from attached plastics, rubber, copper, and aluminum. The crushed material then sequentially passes through a drum magnetic separator for iron, an eddy current separator for copper and aluminum, and an air classifier + vibrating screen for lightweight rubber and plastic waste. Different materials are discharged from separate bins, with oversized materials being returned for re-crushing. The entire line is equipped with a pulse dust collector to collect dust.
