Product Description
Mobile scrap metal crushers are integrated units comprising the shredder itself, power system, conveyor, and chassis. They require no fixed installation and can be driven directly into scrap yards for on-site shredding, eliminating the need for long-distance raw material transportation. They are primarily used for recycling scrap steel.
Materials are fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding equipment. High-speed rotating hammers crush the scrap metal through impact, beating, and kneading. Qualified materials pass through a screen and are conveyed out via belt. Onboard magnetic separation simultaneously separates ferrous materials from non-metallic impurities. Oversized pieces are retained within the chamber for repeated crushing.

Mobile Waste Metal Crushing and Sorting Line
The mobile waste metal crushing and sorting line is integrated onto a tire/tracked vehicle chassis. It's a self-transferable metal recycling system consisting of a mobile pre-shredder, a mobile metal crusher, and an integrated sorting unit. It's used for on-site crushing, separation, and sorting of scrap steel, car shells, waste appliances, and mixed aluminum, copper, and iron materials, requiring no fixed civil engineering installation.
