Product Description
The mobile shredder is an integrated, mobile solid waste crushing and processing equipment. It integrates the shredding main unit, feeding, conveying, power, and sorting modules onto a tracked or wheeled chassis, allowing it to be driven directly to the work site and put into operation quickly without complex infrastructure.
Working Principle of mobile shredder:
1. Feeding: Material enters the shredding chamber through the hopper and is fed into the cutter shaft area by a hydraulic or mechanical pushing device.
2. Shredding: The dual-shaft (or single-shaft) cutter shafts rotate at low speed and high torque under the drive of an electric motor/diesel engine, crushing large pieces of material into smaller pieces through shearing, compression, and tearing.
3. Discharge: Material meeting the particle size requirements is discharged through a screen plate or discharge port and transported to a designated location by a belt conveyor; some models also integrate a magnetic separation module to separate metal impurities.
4. Protection: When encountering uncrushable hard objects, the system will automatically reverse or stop to protect the cutters and equipment.
Applicable Material:
The waste shredder machine can shred nearly all common industrial waste. Typical suitable materials include:
• Metals: scrap steel, aluminum extrusions, copper cables, and stainless steel products (such as appliance casings and industrial scraps);
• Plastics and rubber: waste film (such as PE and PP), plastic pipes, rubber tires, and conveyor belts (including steel cord);
• Composite materials: fiberglass, carbon fiber components, and electronic circuit boards (including plastic-metal composites);
• Other waste: wood scraps, used furniture, fabrics, and cardboard (requiring blade design adjustments). It is particularly adept at processing large, highly resilient, or easily entangled materials (such as rolls of plastic film, bales of scrap metal, and tires), using low shear speeds to prevent rebound and jamming.
