1200 Solid Waste Shredder Shipped to Mexico
Recently, a 1200 solid waste shredder, after undergoing comprehensive commissioning and damage-resistant packaging at its domestic production base, was shipped by ocean freight to Mexico City, Mexico. The equipment, purchased by a major Mexican environmental protection company, will be used to process municipal solid waste, industrial scrap, and waste plastics, helping the local government implement the National Solid Waste Management Plan and improve the resource utilization of solid waste.
As a highly efficient solid waste treatment machine, the 1200 solid waste shredder offers significant core advantages: It features a dual-shaft alloy blade with a diameter of 1200mm, easily shredding large, hard solid waste blocks and achieving a stable hourly processing capacity of 18-28 tons. It also features an intelligent hydraulic adjustment system that automatically adjusts the blade speed based on material hardness to prevent overload, while also flexibly adjusting the crushing size to meet subsequent recycling needs. To address the hot, dry, and dusty climates of parts of Mexico, the equipment’s exterior is coated with an anti-corrosion coating, and internal bearings are equipped with dust covers to ensure long-term, stable operation. A Spanish-language operating manual and remote technical support are also provided to facilitate operation and maintenance by local personnel.
Before shipment, the technical team and Mexican representatives completed three rounds of load testing. The equipment operated flawlessly 24 hours a day, meeting all Mexican environmental standards. Mexico generates over 50 million tons of solid waste annually, and traditional treatment methods are inefficient and highly polluting. The deployment of the 1200 shredder will effectively improve local solid waste treatment efficiency and reduce landfill volume. Both parties plan to further deepen their cooperation and promote the entry of more domestically produced environmental protection equipment into the Latin American market.
