8 Xrido Mini-Size Copper Wire Recycling Machines Shipped to Sri Lanka
Recently, eight Xrido mini-size copper wire recycling machines departed from Henan, China, bound for Sri Lanka. This shipment will inject new momentum into the local copper scrap recycling industry and usher in a new era of efficient and environmentally friendly copper recycling.
With resource recycling receiving increasing attention, the recycling value of copper scrap, as a valuable renewable resource, is becoming increasingly prominent. The Xrido copper wire recycling machine, also known in the industry as a copper scrap granulator, has become a powerful tool in the copper scrap recycling field thanks to its advanced technology and superior performance. This equipment uses a purely physical dry separation process, requiring no water addition and producing no wastewater discharge throughout the process, perfectly meeting environmental protection requirements. Its crushing system uses high-strength alloy blades, easily processing various types of copper wire with diameters ranging from 0.3mm to 35mm, including automotive wiring harnesses, communication cables, and household appliance wires. Wires of different sizes can be directly fed into the processing system without sorting, greatly improving recycling efficiency.
In the separation stage, the Xrido Machine waste copper wire recycling machine utilizes multi-stage sorting technology. First, it uses gravity separation to achieve initial separation based on the weight difference between copper and plastic. Then, it undergoes secondary purification via high-voltage electrostatic separation. The final copper particles achieve a purity of over 99%, approaching the quality of electrolytic copper, which can be directly used as industrial raw material in production. The separated plastic particles can also be recycled, truly maximizing resource recycling.
The eight small-scale machines shipped to Sri Lanka have a small footprint and can be powered by a simple 220V household power supply. They are easy to operate, requiring only 1-2 people to easily manage the entire production line, making them ideal for local small recycling workshops and SMEs. In the future, these machines will be implemented in Sri Lanka, helping local recycling companies reduce costs and increase profits, while also reducing environmental pollution from waste copper disposal, contributing to the local green economic development.
