500 Solid Waste Shredder Shipped to Malaysia
Recently, a 500 solid waste shredder completed final commissioning and protective packaging at a domestic production facility and departed for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, aboard a freight container. This equipment, custom-ordered by a Malaysian environmental protection company to upgrade its solid waste processing production line, will be used to shred local industrial solid waste, waste plastics, rubber products, and other materials, contributing to the development of a regional solid waste resource utilization system.
As a customized, high-efficiency shredder, the 500 solid waste shredder is equipped with a dual-shaft alloy blade, capable of processing 10-20 tons of material per hour. The shredder can be flexibly adjusted to meet subsequent recycling needs, effectively addressing the challenges of difficult-to-degrade materials and low recycling rates associated with traditional processing methods. Prior to shipment, the technical team conducted four pressure tests and operational commissioning on core components such as the motor and hydraulic system. Furthermore, the team installed high-temperature protection devices to accommodate Malaysia’s tropical climate. Bilingual Chinese and English operating instructions and 24-hour remote technical support are provided to ensure rapid operational readiness.
Malaysia has been vigorously promoting its “Green Economy” initiative in recent years, leading to a surge in demand for solid waste treatment. The export of the 500-type solid waste shredder will not only help local companies reduce the amount of solid waste sent to landfill and minimize environmental pollution, but also lay the foundation for domestic solid waste treatment equipment to enter the Southeast Asian market. The two sides will also collaborate on equipment maintenance and operator training to promote the exchange of environmental protection technologies and the coordinated development of the two countries’ industries.
