Dual Shaft Shredder Used in CuO Production Line
Dual Shaft shredders for copper oxide production lines are primarily used for raw material pretreatment, crushing copper plates and other raw materials into suitable sizes for subsequent processing.
Application Scenarios: In copper oxide production, copper oxide is typically prepared through the thermal oxidation process of high-purity copper, requiring uniform raw materials and minimal contamination. The Dual Shaftcopper plate shredder can crush 1m×1m copper plates into 100mm×300mm fragments, preparing them for downstream thermal oxidation processes.
Working Principle: The Dual Shaft copper plate shredder has two meshing shafts, each equipped with high-strength blades. Driven by a motor, the two shafts rotate in opposite directions, causing the blades to grip, shear, and tear the material, thus crushing copper plates and other materials into smaller fragments.
Equipment Advantages: Utilizing a low-speed, high-torque design, it can easily handle hard materials such as solid copper plates with high ductility and toughness. Equipped with wear-resistant alloy blades, it is durable and has a long service life.
