Product Description
The pyrolysis steel wire shredder is a crushing equipment specially designed for waste steel wire produced after pyrolysis process (such as residual steel wire from tire pyrolysis, metal wire from plastic pyrolysis, etc.). It mainly breaks the clumped, entangled or large pieces of pyrolysis wire into uniform short segments or single wires through shearing, tearing and extrusion, providing qualified pre-treated materials for subsequent cleaning, purification and recycling (such as steelmaking raw materials, metal product processing).
Tire steel wire crusher is a crushing equipment specially used to process the built-in steel wire in waste tires (mainly the carcass steel wire and belt steel wire of radial tires). It further crushes, peels and purifies the steel wire (often mixed with rubber fragments, cord fibers and other impurities) separated in the tire crushing process through mechanical force, and finally obtains clean and uniform short segments of steel wire, which provides qualified raw materials for the recycling of steel wire (such as remelting steelmaking and metal product processing).

Applicable materials:
Whole waste tire machine/fragments: tire blocks, tire rims (including high-hardness steel wire rims), sidewalls, etc. that have not been cracked.
Pyrolysis tire steel wire: the remaining steel wire and rubber mixed mass after the waste tire is thermally cracked or physically crushed, and the steel wire is in a tangled or bonded state.
Tire steel wire waste: separately recycled tire steel wire bundles, steel cords (such as steel cords in radial tires), or other rubber product waste containing steel wire (such as steel wire hoses, conveyor belt scraps).
Other similar materials: metal-rubber composite materials with hardness and toughness close to tire steel wire, such as seals and shock absorbers containing steel wire, but the tool configuration needs to be adjusted according to the equipment specifications.
