Process Flow of the Waste Aluminum Shredding and Recycling Line:

Feeding & Conveying → Primary Shredding (Waste Aluminum Shredder) → Secondary Crushing (Metal Crusher) → Magnetic Separation (Iron Removal) → Air Separation (Dust/Light Impurities) → Eddy Current Separation → Finished Product Collection/Baling.

Applicable materials:

1. Cast Aluminum (Raw/Machined): Engine blocks, transmission housings, motor housings, aluminum pump bodies, dismantled automotive aluminum parts, aluminum wheels, and sand-cast aluminum parts (pre-shredding is recommended for thick, large castings).

2. Construction Aluminum Profiles: Scrap aluminum alloy doors and windows, thermal-break aluminum profiles, industrial aluminum profiles, aluminum formwork, aluminum tubes/rods/plates, and aluminum offcuts.

3. Light/Thin Wrought Aluminum: Beverage cans, aluminum basins and pots, aluminum sheet/siding, automotive aluminum body panels, aluminum radiators, aluminum wire, and aluminum chips/turnings.

4. Mixed/Contaminated Aluminum: Mixed scrap aluminum containing iron, rubber, plastic, or oil/grease; utilizes magnetic separation, air separation, and eddy current separation to remove impurities and purify the material.

Aluminum Scrap Crushing and Recycling Line:

1. Chain-plate conveyor feeding: Ensures stable material feed; suitable for heavy loads.

2. Pre-shredding (optional): Coarse shredding of large, thick castings to reduce the load on the main crusher.

3. Main crushing and liberation: Impact crushing to liberate aluminum from impurities such as iron, rubber, and plastic.

4. Magnetic separation: Removes magnetic materials (e.g., steel parts, cast iron) for separate iron recovery.

5. Air separation: Removes lightweight debris such as plastic, rubber, and dust.

6. Eddy current separation: Thoroughly separates non-metallic materials to enhance aluminum purity.

7. Trommel screening: Grades the material; oversized pieces are returned to the machine for secondary crushing.

8. Finished product conveying and baling: High-purity aluminum granules are transferred to a storage hopper; material can be baled for smelting.

9. Dust removal system: Fully enclosed dust collection across the line; utilizes pulse-jet dust removal to ensure emissions meet standards.
