Designed for electronic waste, it employs mechanical force to break down mixed materials—such as metals, plastics, and glass—into smaller fragments. Working principles of E Waste Crushers:

1. Coarse shredding (dual-shaft shear type, most common): A motor and gearbox drive two cutter shafts to rotate at low speeds and high torque with differential speeds. Alloy cutter discs grab the material, shredding it through the combined actions of **shearing, tearing, and crushing** between the blades. The system features automatic reverse rotation for overload protection when encountering hard objects and generates minimal dust.

2. Fine shredding (hammer mill/high-speed pulverizer): A rotor drives hammers or blades to rotate at high speeds, subjecting the material to impact, striking, and shearing forces. This further reduces the coarsely shredded material into fine particles, effectively liberating the copper from the resin matrix in circuit boards.
