2000 Industrial Shredder Shipped to Australia

Recently, a high-performance 2000 industrial shredder, after undergoing comprehensive testing and customized packaging at its domestic production base, was shipped by sea to Sydney, Australia. This equipment, purchased by a large Australian industrial waste disposal company, will primarily be used to process heavy industrial solid waste, including automotive dismantling waste, construction scrap, and plastic pallets, helping the local government implement the “National Circular Economy Strategy” to increase industrial solid waste recycling rates.

The 2000 industrial shredder has been specifically optimized to address the diverse and high-hardness characteristics of Australian industrial solid waste. Equipped with a 600-horsepower motor and a wear-resistant alloy blade shaft, it can easily shred metal sheets up to 50mm thick, achieving an hourly processing capacity of 30-50 tons. To accommodate Australia’s dry and dusty climate, it has been upgraded with a high-efficiency dust removal system, ensuring dust emission concentrations are well below local environmental standards. It is also equipped with an intelligent variable frequency control system that automatically adjusts the speed based on material hardness, reducing energy consumption and equipment wear. Prior to shipment, the technical team, working with Australian representatives, completed five rounds of load testing and provided certification documents compliant with Australian AS/NZS standards, along with an operation and maintenance system in both Chinese and English.

Australia is currently vigorously promoting green industrial transformation, and there is a significant shortage of industrial solid waste treatment equipment. The export of the 2000 industrial shredder not only fills the technological gap in heavy-duty solid waste treatment equipment in the region, but also builds a new bridge for Sino-Australian environmental protection equipment cooperation. The two sides also plan to conduct equipment operation and maintenance training and jointly develop technologies to jointly promote the high-quality development of Australia’s industrial solid waste resource recovery industry.
