What is the daily maintenance of the transformer in the double shaft shredder?
The double-shaft shredder is a kind of heavy-duty metal crushing and processing equipment. Due to the large workload and high electrical load of the equipment, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive electrical equipment maintenance on the equipment regularly during daily use. It can not only ensure the working safety of electrical equipment, but also guarantee production safety, production efficiency and personnel operation safety.
The electrical appliances used in the double-shaft shredder involve transformers, high-voltage switch cabinets, electric control cabinets, power distribution cabinets, circuit systems, motors, etc. These devices generally do not require regular maintenance like wearing parts, so they will be maintained during equipment maintenance instead. The daily maintenance of the transformer in the double-shaft shredder includes the following aspects:
1. Clean the surface dust and other dirt once a year, and tighten the conductor connecting bolts.
2. If the double-shaft shredder has stopped running for more than 72 hours, an insulation test should be done before it is put into operation again. Use a 2500V shaker to measure, once to the secondary and to the ground ≥ 300MΩ, the secondary to the ground ≥ 100MΩ, and the iron core to the ground ≥5MΩ. If not, it should be dried.
3. Check the on-load tap changer once a month, and check whether there is corona phenomenon in the terminal of the switch and the machine when the light is dark. If there is, wipe it with absorbent cotton gauze after power failure.
