XRIDO Mobile Scrap Metal Recycling Line For Scrap Car
XRIDO’s integrated tracked mobile scrap metal recycling production line is specifically designed for mobile recycling of scrapped vehicles, flattened car bodies, used car frames, and engine assemblies. It employs a two-stage crushing structure: a MSTD670 mobile dual-shaft shredder for pre-crushing and a 950 mobile heavy-duty metal shredder for rear-stage separation. It integrates fully automatic conveying, magnetic separation, eddy current separation, and dust removal systems. Requiring no fixed factory buildings or foundations, it can directly reach scrap car dumps, rural recycling points, and accident vehicle collection sites for on-site processing, significantly reducing vehicle transportation costs. It provides one-stop separation of scrap steel, aluminum, copper, and rubber/plastic impurities, suitable for the mobile operation needs of small and medium-sized recycling enterprises.
1. MSTD670 Tracked Mobile Dual-Shaft Shredder (First-Stage Coarse Crushing Unit): The machine is equipped with a heavy-duty steel tracked chassis with low ground pressure, allowing for free movement in muddy or unpaved dumps and convenient long-distance flatbed trailer transport. The 670mm widened feed hopper can directly feed completely flattened scrapped car and motorcycle frames, engines, and heavy metal blocks. Driven by a low-speed, high-torque dual-motor planetary reducer, and featuring alloy wear-resistant cutter rollers paired with a PLC intelligent control system, this machine automatically reverses to prevent jamming when encountering hard objects such as cylinder blocks and wheel hubs, eliminating machine blockages and shutdowns. It supports dual power modes: external 380V industrial power and a vehicle-mounted diesel generator set, allowing independent production even in remote field storage areas without a power grid.
It has a processing capacity of 6–10 t/h for scrapped vehicles, with a discharge particle size control of 300–400 mm. It can disassemble large interior parts, tires, and plastic parts of entire vehicles in one go, pre-separating large debris and reducing the load on the downstream 950 crusher. The entire machine is equipped with an integrated chain plate feeder, hydraulic support legs, and a fully enclosed dustproof and noise-reducing shell, ensuring stable operation without significant vibration.
2, The XRIDO 950 Mobile Metal Hammer Crusher (Two-Stage Fine Separation Unit) is specifically designed for use with coarse metal materials after MSTD670 shredding. It features a 950mm widened crushing chamber, a thickened manganese steel welded body, and a hydraulic flip-top structure, making maintenance and replacement of high-chromium alloy hammers quick and easy. The high-speed forging rotor continuously and forcefully impacts the metal material, breaking down adhered sheet metal, peeling away paint, rubber, sponge, and other attached substances, processing coarse metal blocks into high-density steel pellets of 50-120mm, significantly improving the purity and selling price of recycled materials from steel mills.
The equipment features an integrated automatic uncrushable waste removal mechanism to prevent damage to the main unit from hard alloy components; its production capacity is precisely matched to the MSTD670 Mobile shredder, ensuring stable continuous production of 7-11t/h. The shredded metal is dense, with thorough impurity removal, making it a core piece of equipment for improving efficiency and increasing revenue from scrapped vehicle metal processing.
The entire mobile recycling line is modularly configured. The entire production line is integrated into a tracked chassis; simply level the outriggers upon arrival and it’s ready to operate. The complete set of interconnected units includes:
1. MSTD670 tracked shredder main unit + heavy-duty chain conveyor
2. Foldable transfer belt conveyor, automatically conveying coarsely crushed materials to the 950 crusher
3. XRIDO 950 mobile metal crushing main unit
4. Layered adjustable discharge conveyor system
5. High-intensity magnetic drum separator: separates over 96% of ferrous scrap steel, with separate discharge and storage
6. Eddy current non-ferrous metal sorting module: precisely sorts aluminum wheel hubs, copper water tanks, and aluminum alloy shells
7. Negative pressure air separator + pulse bag explosion-proof dust collector: separates plastics, sponges, and slag, ensuring dust emissions meet standards
8. Centralized PLC intelligent control cabinet: one-button start/stop for the entire line, automatic fault alarm, overload protection, and remote monitoring
9. Three independent discharge conveyor belts: pure scrap steel, copper and aluminum non-ferrous metals, and light waste are discharged separately and directly loaded onto trucks for off-site transportation.
Standardized End-of-Life Vehicle Recycling Operation Process
1. Safe Pre-treatment: Upon arrival, end-of-life vehicles are emptied of engine oil, coolant, and fuel. Batteries, airbags, and catalytic converters are removed and sorted separately for recycling. Tires and aluminum rims can be pre-disassembled, and the entire vehicle is flattened to reduce volume for easier loading.
2. MSTD670 Coarse Shredding and Disassembly: Material is directly fed into the MSTD670 shredding chamber via a grab bucket. The entire vehicle is shredded and disassembled, with large pieces of plastic, rubber, and interior trim removed in advance, producing uniform coarse metal material.
3. 950 Crusher Deep Disintegration and Purification: The coarsely crushed metal is conveyed via a transfer belt to a 950 hammer crusher, where high-speed impact breaks down the composite metal, thoroughly removing attached non-metallic impurities to form high-purity, dense metal agglomerates.
4. Multi-stage Automated Sorting and Purification: Magnetic separation separates pure scrap steel, eddy current screening removes copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals, and air separation removes light waste such as rubber, plastics, dust, and sponge. The three types of materials are automatically separated and piled.
5. Finished Product Transfer and Delivery: High-purity scrap steel, aluminum, and copper are directly loaded onto trucks and transported to smelters after sorting. Light waste is centrally collected and disposed of, with no secondary material transfer throughout the process.
XRIDO Complete Mobile Line Core Competitive Advantages:
1. Fully Tracked Mobile, No Infrastructure Required: The entire set of equipment has its own chassis, eliminating the need for factory buildings or concrete foundations. Relocation requires only 1 hour for commissioning and production, saving significant investment in civil engineering and factory buildings. One set of equipment can serve multiple township recycling stations.
2. Two-stage Crushing Adapts to Scrap Vehicle-Specific Working Conditions: The MSTD670 solves the problem of feeding large parts from vehicles. A 950° depth of dissociation improves metal purity. Compared to single-stage crushing, the metal recovery rate is increased by more than 5%, resulting in higher premiums for scrap sales.
3. Dual-Power Flexible Adaptability to Various Sites: Operating within factory premises with industrial power allows for energy-saving operation; in remote areas or unpowered storage yards, the vehicle-mounted diesel generator set eliminates site-specific power limitations.
4. Environmentally Compliant and Low-Maintenance: A fully enclosed body and negative pressure explosion-proof dust removal system ensure noise and dust levels meet environmental impact assessment standards for solid waste treatment; centralized lubrication and intelligent anti-jamming features allow for single-person operation, reducing labor costs.
5. High-Yield Sorting System: Scrap steel sorting achieves 95%–98% purity, and copper and aluminum non-ferrous metal sorting achieves ≥93% purity, fully leveraging the added value of non-ferrous metals from scrapped vehicles.
