20-30 t/h Car Recycling and Sorting Line
The newly upgraded 20-30 ton/hour mobile car recycling and sorting line has successfully completed full-load trial operation. This integrated mobile recycling equipment integrates an MSTD670 mobile shredder, a 950 mobile fine crusher, magnetic separation, and eddy current separation system, enabling efficient, high-purity, and economical processing of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs). It solves the pain points of traditional fixed recycling production lines, such as limited space, high transportation costs, and low resource utilization, becoming an ideal mobile solution for global automotive recycling companies.

Unlike traditional fixed processing equipment, this mobile car recycling line adopts a trailer-mounted integrated design, integrating feeding, coarse crushing, fine crushing, conveying, and multi-stage sorting into one unit. This production line requires no fixed foundation construction and can be towed to various junkyards, recycling stations, and end-of-life vehicle processing sites for on-site processing. Its stable hourly processing capacity reaches 20 to 30 tons, suitable for large-scale continuous recycling of end-of-life car shells, flat bodies, and remaining automotive parts.
This production line employs a two-stage crushing system to achieve complete separation of automotive materials. The front-end MSTD670 mobile waste shredder operates at high torque and low speed, equipped with wear-resistant alloy blades. It efficiently crushes whole vehicles and large automotive scraps, forming uniform medium-sized materials, effectively preventing blockages and adapting to heavy-duty continuous operation. The coarsely crushed material is then sent to a 950 mobile fine crusher for secondary crushing and shaping, thoroughly separating ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, rubber, and foam, laying a solid foundation for high-precision sorting.
The production line is equipped with professional magnetic separation and eddy current separation modules, enabling the grading and high-purity recovery of various resources. The magnetic separation system efficiently adsorbs and purifies ferrous metals such as steel, achieving a steel purity of over 98%, which can be directly sold to steel mills for remelting. The eddy current separator precisely separates non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum, with a metal recovery rate exceeding 95%. Combined with auxiliary screening and air separation devices, it can automatically separate lightweight materials such as plastics and rubber, achieving full-component recovery and maximizing the residual value of end-of-life vehicles.
This mobile car recycling line, with a capacity of 20-30 tons per hour, boasts significant comprehensive advantages. In terms of efficiency, its mobile design eliminates the costs of long-distance material transportation, substantially reducing labor and site investment. Regarding environmental protection, it is equipped with a closed-loop dust and noise reduction system, operating with low dust and noise levels, meeting international environmental standards. In terms of profitability, the overall material utilization rate is increased to over 95%, effectively transforming abandoned vehicles into high-value “urban mineral resources.”
After successful trial operation, the MSTD670 & 950 integrated recycling line has demonstrated stable operation and mature technology, making it widely applicable to large-scale car recycling bases, renewable resource parks, and scattered end-of-life vehicle processing projects worldwide. It provides a flexible, efficient, and environmentally friendly complete solution for the refining and recycling of end-of-life vehicles and the development of a circular economy globally.
